Cardio Kickboxing/ Cross Training Class

This class is a mix of punching and kicking the bags with intense physical training (P.T.)!

The bag work includes “High Intensity Interval Training” and the P.T. is a mix of kettlebells, TRX, plyometrics, calisthenics, and more.
