Each class consists of boxing instruction and physical training (P.T.) with certified coaches!
The boxing portion includes: offense, defense, counter punching, footwork & bag work.
The P.T. is a mix of strength training, TRX, kettle bells, calisthenics, plyometrics, medicine balls, speed & agility.
You will improve your overall physical fitness with all of our classes!
